These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for staying at Colosseo BnB & Apartments. By booking a stay at our property, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods: cash or credit card (as specified during booking).

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: From 3:00 PM.
Check-out time: Until 10:00 AM.
Late check-out may be available upon prior request and additional charges may apply.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellations are available up to 72 hours before the check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests.
Any damages caused to the property or its contents must be reported and may result in additional charges.

5. Use of Shared Facilities

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

6. Liability

Colosseo BnB & Apartments is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Guests are advised to use the provided safe for valuables.

7. Privacy

Personal data provided during booking will only be used to process reservations and enhance your stay.
